Prior to selling a house, I ask the client selling their home to fill out a listing agreement that sets out all the terms and conditions. I have all my Buyers fill out contracts as well. It details my services to you and ensures that you have our full attention. As it's important to have the right fit with your realtor, I do have a one day trial period so we can both be sure that we work well together.
